1. After some discussion, it was decided not to proceed with the appeal to the Lewistown Borough council at this time, as the Borough has other problems (Chesapeake Bay, etc.) that they are swamped with. In addition, the police chief controversy has people thinking about other things than skateparks. We will sit tight regarding any approach to the Borough for the time being.

2. John Brittain will follow up with the School District to see if they have any interest in operating a skatepark.

3. John Brittain will get in touch with Rev. Carpenter and discuss his ideas with him.

4. Kris Bradley is to get together with Bill Shoemaker and see if he can understand exactly what Shoemaker's proposal is. Kris will send us an e-mail saying what that idea is, and we can respond with e-mail questions until it's clear what Shoemaker wants and whether we can be a part of it.

4.John Brittain is going to talk to Will Hemler at Skatewave to identify some of the very small towns in PA that Skatewave has sold equipment to, and then hopefully talk to those people  and find out how they were able to finance and operate a skatepark.

Can Jen Fleck please tell us if the escrow money is now in 4H hands and, if so, what interest it's earning in what bank?

No further meeting has been scheduled at this time.
